Simon Williams is regarded as one of the country's leading gouache botanical illustrator's and is listed in the 34rd Edition of ‘Who’s Who in Art’. Work is produced as highly
detailed colour work, mainly as cut - to - white illustrations for Publishers, Art Agencies and Advertising Agencies.
Simon has recently written a report for The Artist magazine, June addition which is out now, on a medium called Turner Acryl Goauche, sold through Jacksons Art Supplies. These are fantastic paints and Simon has recently had artwork displayed and sold at the Society of Botanical Artists Exhibition. He will be Artist is Residence at Nature in Art on the 6th - 12th August 2012 where he will be working on current personal projects of plants research in Australia.
